Very good cheap diner next to the Oval Underground station on the Northern line on the South bank of the Thames in London.
If you're in this area and you want a good inexpensive breakfast or lunch stop here.
Also, on Saturday mornings is a Farmer's Market across the street on the grounds of St. Mark's Church. It's very good with food and various goods. Its also inexpensive.
